• Make 90+ outbound calls daily to connect with warm leads who have requested a consultation. • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to assess patient needs, pain points, desired outcomes, and clinical history. • Provide transparent information on treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings. • Deliver detailed patient reports to clients, ensuring their teams are fully equipped for every consultation. • Record call outcomes in our software and provide feedback on lead quality and engagement.
• Highly proactive with a results-driven mindset. • Entrepreneurial with the ability to see the bigger picture. • Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Able to self-manage and prioritise tasks efficiently; • Continuous learner, always looking for ways to improve the agency’s processes as well as your own skills. • Proven experience in a sales, outbound calling, or lead conversion role. • Exceptional communication skills, with a persuasive and empathetic approach. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high call volumes effectively. • Experience or familiarity with the dental sector is advantageous but not essential.
