📋 Description

• Develop required software features, achieving timely delivery in compliance with company performance and quality standards. • Support the Grants Funding and Early Access systems by keeping them updated and compliant. • Perform business analysis to gather requirements and other demands. • Translate business requirements into specifications. • Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and maintenance of the system. • Apply system updates as necessary. • Create and maintain system documentation. • Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and processes. • Become a SmartSimple Cloud Configuration Specialist. • Support solution and environment availability and performance. • Process and handle tickets in the Service Management tool related to the Grants Funding and Early Access applications. • Analyze, plan, implement, customize, enhance, and support the Grants Funding and Early Access systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English level, both written as verbal. • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL. • Experience with writing prompts in AI (Artificial Intelligence). • Degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field. • At least 3 years of experience as a developer (or similar position), preferably in global companies or providing services in similar environments. • Experience in cloud solutions: development, configuration, and basic architecture. • Experience in development, support, and maintenance of complex systems. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps desirable but not mandatory) and ITIL (change and incident management) will be a plus. • Knowledge in JIRA or similar tools. • Knowledge in Service Now or similar tools. • Good attention to detail. • Positive, self-sufficient, and proactive attitude is a must.
