• Manage day-to-day studio administration, internal communications, and documentation • Support onboarding by setting up systems and access and maintaining resources and how-to guides • Coordinate travel, events, team activities, and studio celebrations • Handle team requests, manage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary • Manage inboxes and reconcile expenses • Prepare feedback reporting and keep leaders informed and organised • Support studio operations and help foster a positive team culture
• 1-year fixed term contract • Full Australian working rights required • Highly organised and proactive • Ability to juggle multiple priorities • People-focused communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working with or learning Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira • Resourceful problem-solving and process-improvement mindset • Positive, adaptable team-player approach • Attention to detail
