📋 Description

• Build and maintain your own client base with a focus on outbound sales and B2B new customer acquisition to drive occupancy of our spaces in Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover and Leipzig. • Proactive cold outreach, independent market analyses and targeted engagement with new industries. • Manage and develop generated customer relationships and maintain the CRM system. • Attend networking events and trade shows, and conduct space tours. • Work closely with the General Manager and prepare reports based on your market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree and at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales. • Confident in cold outreach and strong at networking — whether by phone, in person or in writing. • Willingness to travel and fluent communication skills in German and English. • Independent, structured working style with high self‑initiative. • Ideally, market knowledge in the flexible workspace/co‑working sector.
