• Autonomous management and expansion of the sales territory covering postal codes 0, 1, 98, 99 / eastern Germany • Advising architects, lighting designers, project developers and clients on commercial, hospitality and residential projects • Acquisition of new business partners and maintenance of long-term customer relationships • Project management including coordination of all stakeholders as well as price and terms negotiations • Maintaining the CRM and preparing regular reports for the Director Project Sales • Market monitoring, development of brand placement strategies and presentations at trade fairs and events
• Experience in project sales of lighting, architectural or design products • Strong communication and negotiation skills and enthusiasm for lighting technology and design • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of self-motivation • Willingness to travel within the sales territory in East Germany • Confident user of MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage • Very good German and English language skills
