📋 Description
• Provide administrative and operational support to the organization • Strive to maximize operational productivity • Ensure the completion of the unit's administrative business processes • Perform analysis • Produce or revise reports and statistics • Carry out various administrative, operational and quality controls • Provide support to users in the efficient use of tools and systems • Perform various administrative tasks related to data entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding • Prepare or revise presentations and other related documents
🎯 Requirements
• Trade school diploma in a related field • A minimum of three years of relevant experience • Knowledge of French is required • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
