📋 Description

• Design Accounting and Tax Set-up and processes to drive enterprise value • Constantly improve Accounting and Tax processes across our 4 legal entities and global set-up • Reiterate and improve on our current group-wide entity set-up from an Accounting and Tax vantage point • Desing Transfer Pricing Policies • Safeguard statutory complaince • Own accounting and tax filings • Actively influence Policy Making (e.g., expense management, travel, asset activation) • Manage Daily Operations • Manage and review recurring accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, local VAT, and payroll accounting. • Perform intercompany and general account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency • Act as the main point of contact for senior external and internal stakeholders • Support the CFO with both operational and strategic tasks. • Own and contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. • Support the coordination and execution of the annual audit and external financing rounds.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an Accounting Clerk or equivalent qualification. • Expert knowledge of financial accounting and taxation under Swiss accounting and reporting standards. • Hands-on experience with Swiss Tax and Group Accounting • Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., Start-Up, Scale-Up, Consulting, Audit firm) • At least 7 years of professional experience in a finance-related role, preferably within a start-up or scale-up setting. • A self-driven and collaborative mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
