• Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), job boards, networking, and creative channels • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to account managers • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every step • Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit) and LinkedIn Recruiter to track applicant progress • Conduct market research on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and industry trends
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work • A self-starter with a high sense of urgency • Strong computer and technology skills
