📋 Description

• Driven telephone outreach: roughly 120 dials per day – target about 5 applications per day • Build trust: turn skepticism into reassurance – compassionately and convincingly engage relatives and patients • Heartfelt advising: provide telephone-based information about our unique care offerings, including care aids and personal emergency response (Hausnotruf) • Support existing customers: handle follow-up questions and organizational matters with empathy and a solution-oriented approach • Documentation & communication: work with our internal software tools (full training provided)

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoy talking to people and the ability to convey calm and reassurance even in difficult situations • Empathy, active listening and solution-focused thinking • Ideally some prior experience in consulting, customer service, nursing or the healthcare sector • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written • Basic technical aptitude – comfortable working with a laptop, headset and software tools
