• Responsible for direct outreach to potential physician practices for the sale of our product neotivCare • Identify and personally approach potential prescribers in practices, medical care centers, and clinics/ambulatory units through targeted on-site meetings • Build relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in German physician practices through personal and digital contact (on-site/online meetings, phone, email, letters) and provide ongoing consultation and support for the implementation of neotivCare in coordination with colleagues • Systematically analyze sales territories to identify and actively acquire new customers • Conduct product presentations in practices and participate in specialist congresses, physician network events, and digital health conferences (nationally, across Europe, and in the USA) • Work closely with Market Access & Pharma, Marketing, and Customer Care departments to achieve shared goals and to implement innovative care projects with academic and industry partners
• More than 2 years of experience in sales or field service in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical technology • You hold a degree in a scientific discipline (preferably a university degree) and have a strong affinity for the healthcare sector • Ideally, you have existing knowledge in scientific areas such as neurology, psychiatry, and Alzheimer’s disease • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and strong networking abilities; ideally you already have a network in the medical field • Confident and professional demeanor and high intrinsic motivation to persuasively present our products in dialogue with other practice experts • You work independently and in a structured way and have a hands-on mentality • To maintain good relationships with our partners and customers, you should be willing to travel, especially to cities and metropolitan regions in Germany (when activities cannot be conducted remotely) • German at native level; very good English skills (C1 or C2)
