📋 Description

• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and managers to keep delivery on track • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project managers and stakeholders • Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies across workstreams • Align priorities and follow up to ensure scope delivery, helping managers close gaps when needed • Support Agile adoption and guide teams during the transition to Scrum/SAFe • Track progress, delivery metrics, and report consistently to leadership • Provide visibility and escalate issues to maintain quality and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Project Manager or hybrid PM/Scrum Master in IT • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and delivery practices • Experience managing multi-team delivery and integrating work across several teams • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align multiple managers and keep delivery on track • Experience identifying blockers, managing risks, and resolving dependencies • Experience with change, release, or quality management in distributed environments • Ability to facilitate discussions, align stakeholders, and close communication gaps • Knowledge of delivery metrics, reporting, and tools like Jira and Confluence • Ownership and accountability with a hands-on, follow-through mindset • Proactivity, autonomy, and a structured approach to coordination and delivery • Upper-Intermediate English level • Scrum Master or SAFe certification (desirable) • Experience supporting Agile/SAFe transformations (desirable) • Familiarity with commerce, payments, or retail technology domains (desirable)
