📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives • Support and guide the team in applying Scrum and Agile practices • Work closely with individual team members through regular 1:1 meetings • Support team members’ professional and career development • Support and follow up on team members’ development plans • Participate in or conduct performance reviews • Use Jira to track relevant team information and metrics • Develop internal applications as part of a cross-functional team for a global fintech company • Help ensure effective team collaboration • Combine Scrum Master responsibilities with people management activities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master • Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles • Experience facilitating Scrum/Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives • Previous experience in people management • Experience conducting 1:1 meetings with team members • Experience supporting professional development of team members • Experience participating in or conducting performance reviews • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with individual team members • Ability to guide and support a proactive team in its day-to-day work • Hands-on experience with Jira • Upper-Intermediate English level • Desirable: Experience working with Agile/team metrics • Desirable: Experience with AI tools to efficiently collect, filter, structure, or share information
