📋 Description

• Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for backend and API functionality • Perform API testing for backend services and integrations • Develop and maintain automated tests using Java-based test automation frameworks • Investigate defects and perform root cause analysis with developers • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint delivery activities • Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage • Maintain clear and up-to-date test documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of manual testing experience with strong backend and API testing skills • Experience designing, executing, and maintaining test cases and test plans • Solid understanding of test design techniques and requirements analysis • Hands-on experience with Java-based test automation (Java, Rest Assured, JUnit, Maven) in Spring-based applications • Hands-on experience with Jenkins • Strong defect investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills • Experience working in Agile teams within hybrid manual/automation environments • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders • Experience using Git for version control • Proactive and delivery-focused mindset • Upper-Intermediate English level • Experience with Playwright (Java) or Selenium (Desirable) • Experience with Cucumber for legacy API tests (Desirable) • Exposure to AWS environments (Desirable) • Software development background (Desirable) • Experience in the Point-of-Sale (POS) domain (Desirable)
