📋 Description

• Manage the entire lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs — from opportunity assessment and prospect research to proposal development, presentation, and transition to the delivery team • Own the end-to-end RFP process, leading proposal development • Collaborate with Sales and Presales teams on winning strategies • Identify RFP risks and coordinate mitigation • Develop and communicate winning proposal strategies aligned with client needs • Analyze RFP requirements and create compliance matrices • Write executive summaries and custom materials • Oversee proposal development, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong visuals • Collaborate with SMEs to develop accurate, compelling responses • Ensure effective decision-making and task delegation across teams • Track RFP responses and maintain up-to-date records • Keep management informed of progress and provide reporting inputs • Maintain and improve the proposal resource library • Continuously refine materials based on feedback and win/loss analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in proposal development, bid management, and RFP processes • Experience in software development and a strong understanding of SDLC • Profound knowledge of the business development lifecycle • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to create and convey compelling value propositions • Ability to build rapport with different buyer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) • Upper-Intermediate+ English level • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with a structured and detail-oriented approach • Sales experience and understanding of sales processes (Desirable) • 2+ years of project management experience (Desirable)
