📋 Description

• Join a small, lean engineering team to own and elevate the end-to-end user experience of the platform • Lead development of complex, data-heavy views, real-time chat interfaces, and interactive document-collaboration surfaces using React and TypeScript • Design and support Python and FastAPI microservices powering AI-driven document workflows • Work alongside product and design without silos • Independently drive key features from rich UI concepts to scalable, production-ready backend integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a primary focus and deep expertise in modern frontend development using React • Strong TypeScript skills • Experience managing complex state patterns using Redux Toolkit or equivalent • Experience with streaming UX and real-time UIs with native WebSockets • Proven experience building accessible, responsive interfaces with component libraries like Ant Design or Tailwind • Experience working across modern build tooling • Backend experience with Python and FastAPI in production environments • Knowledge of relational and document databases such as MySQL and MongoDB • Familiarity with AWS cloud architecture like ECS and RDS and basic infrastructure concepts • Advanced English level
