📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs. • Build scalable applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI. • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and other teams to ensure smooth system integration. • Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security. • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications. • Identify opportunities for technical improvements and best practices. • Stay current with emerging technologies and modern back-end development practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Python back-end development. • Strong understanding of RESTful API development and best practices. • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks. • Proficiency with Git and software development best practices. • Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI is preferred. • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a plus. • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus. • Knowledge of asynchronous programming and task queues such as Celery is a plus. • Experience with testing frameworks such as Pytest is a plus. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture is a plus. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership and continuously learn. • Must currently be based in Latin America.
