📋 Description

• Design web applications and product experiences from problem framing through delivery • Work within an established design system using components, variants, tokens, and reusable patterns • Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows in Figma • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile environment • Consider edge cases including empty, loading, error, permission, and other non-happy paths • Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly based on critique and user needs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Product Design / UX/UI experience • Proven experience designing web applications that were shipped to production • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work • Advanced Figma skills: components, Auto Layout, prototyping • Experience working with established Design Systems, including components, variants, and design tokens • Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals • Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers • Strong written and spoken English • Experience with survey, research, or analytics products • Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG • Experience designing for multiple user roles and permission levels • Data visualization experience • Motion and micro-interactions
