📋 Description

• Conduct sales meetings to promote Dexcom’s products and services to existing and prospective customers (including physicians, diabetes educators, and patients), to sell products and provide related services • Educate physicians, nursing staff and patients on the benefits and proper use of Dexcom’s continuous glucose monitoring products • Build and maintain relationships with physicians • Represent Dexcom at local, regional and national diabetes conferences and exhibitions to introduce Dexcom products to patients and diabetes care partners • Implement business strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives and individual targets • Complete reports as assigned • Collaborate with field and inside sales teams to meet or exceed company goals • Local travel, including overnight stays, is required

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales experience is desirable • Language skills: fluent German (spoken and written) and at least good command of English • Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies is a plus • Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, evidenced by strong performance, is advantageous • Must have a thorough understanding of customer needs and be able to stimulate, challenge and drive new approaches to diabetes treatment • Able to implement sales strategies in a complex, multifaceted environment • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities; team-oriented; ability to apply a consultative/conceptual sales approach
