📋 Description

• Learn managerial responsibilities in our vintage fashion store • Learn and support professional guidance in sales and visual merchandising • Learn independent store organization • Support the vocational/pedagogical development of employees • Control and organization of goods flows • Assist with the implementation of retraining programs • Public relations and marketing • Learn personnel planning and management • Provide holiday cover for two additional locations/stores

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training in retail, advanced retail management qualification (Handelsfachwirt) or several years of professional experience as a deputy store manager or department manager • Independent, solution-oriented working approach • Enthusiasm for selling vintage fashion • Knowledge in fashion and textiles • Trainer qualification according to AEVO (AdA certificate) is an advantage • Innovative and entrepreneurial thinking • Interest in and strong willingness to develop leadership skills within a non-profit organization • Opportunities for advancement to Store Manager (m/f/d) • Respectful and appreciative attitude • Team player with high resilience and flexibility • Willingness to support the organization’s diaconal mission
