📋 Description

• Support the marketing team across all channels • Assist with the implementation of campaigns, content, and analyses • Create posts, ads, and copy using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and AI • Maintain key performance indicators and prepare basic reports • Research trends, competitors, and target audiences • Learn and use common tools, from ad managers and SEO tools to automation platforms • Gradually take ownership of specific areas and develop toward a suitable specialization

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine interest in online marketing and an understanding of how e-commerce growth works • Willingness to learn and a proactive approach • Strong language skills and an enthusiasm for writing • Basic understanding of digital tools and the ability to learn new ones quickly • Careful, structured, and reliable working style • Fluent German; English is an advantage • Professional experience is not required • Initial experience through an internship, personal projects, or a part-time job is a plus • Motivation to take on responsibility quickly
