📋 Description

• Becomes familiar with field service technician practices and procedures • With guidance and/or alongside more experienced technicians, performs any or all of the following: • Incident handling: Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot, performing detailed analysis of hardware and software failures. • Performs hardware repairs at component level. • Cleans and adjusts mechanical components. • Configures and installs applicable software. • Preventive maintenance: Performs routine checks according to documented procedures. • Replenishes consumables as directed. • IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, changes and removes hardware and software products. • Customer training: Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software. • Participates in regular hardware and software training (hands-on, classroom, and online). • Participates in implementing measures to meet agreed KPIs. • Assists in special projects as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields. • Experience with maintenance and repair in Field Services, preferably with ATMs or banking automation. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Active CFT. • Driver's license (CNH). • Own vehicle. • Availability to work in the field, traveling on average up to 200 km. • Based in Rio de Janeiro - RJ. • Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
