📋 Description

• Support the Manager, Sales Systems and Lead Salesforce Admins in delivering high-quality declarative solutions • Maintain operational hygiene across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Experience Cloud • Triage and execute T1-T3 support tickets • Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), and Experience Cloud • Build record-triggered Flows and reusable subflows using naming and versioning standards • Migrate legacy automation to Flows and implement fault paths, error handling, and test plans • Execute smaller enhancements independently • Manage data hygiene, including duplicate prevention and validation • Document changes and follow governance standards, including UAT scripts and deployment notes • Coordinate with engineering on Flow versus Apex decisions and raise performance or scalability concerns early

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience • Strong declarative automation skills (Flows, validation rules, permission sets) and debugging discipline • Familiarity with CPQ/quoting processes and Service Cloud/Experience Cloud • Clear written communication, attention to detail, and comfort with release-managed workflows • Jira/Confluence proficiency • Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification (Admin I) • Revenue Cloud Advanced experience (nice to have) • Revenue Cloud Billing experience (nice to have) • Git fundamentals (nice to have) • Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant (nice to have)
