📋 Description

• Work with Business Applications Leadership and Internal Stakeholders to identify needed system changes and partner on adoption and change management. • Manage new releases of Salesforce and efficiently roll out new features. • Demonstration of a disciplined change control process. • Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, Flows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce • Configure and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex code and Lightning Components • Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ environment • Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as needed. • Manage all processes that impact / relate to your application, Salesforce. • Responsible for configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce application platform. • Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes • Responsible for maintaining system security and integrity. • Troubleshoot all outages and produce root cause analysis reports as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Salesforce administration and/or development experience. • Salesforce Administrator Certification required • Obtainment or pursuit of Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification or Platform Developer I Certification preferred. • Experience with Salesforce CPQ • Willingness to continue growing through experience and/or study and certification • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce. • Experience with JavaScript, Apex, SOQL and HTML • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle within a SaaS company • Minimum expectation of a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience.
