📋 Description

• Lead and optimize accounts payable function in a fast-paced environment • Oversee the end-to-end AP cycle ensuring accuracy and strong financial controls • Scale processes and improve workflows in cross-functional operations • Manage full accounts payable lifecycle including purchase orders, invoices, and disbursements • Lead payment operations ensuring security and compliance with cash control procedures • Act as primary point of escalation for vendor inquiries and discrepancies • Contribute to cash flow management by supporting forecasting activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience • Deep understanding of AP processes, controls, and best practices in a high-volume environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
