📋 Description

• Post and manage job openings across hiring platforms. • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles. • Conduct initial candidate screening calls. • Coordinate assessments and interview scheduling. • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. • Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as needed. • Use AI tools to create sourcing strategy, screening candidates and manage application tracking system.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized with attention to detail. • Interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. • Familiarity with AI tools. • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and Google Workspace.
