• Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, personalized emails, and social outreach (primarily LinkedIn). • Evaluate prospect fit based on Diligent’s ideal customer profile, business needs, and buying readiness. • Schedule qualified discovery calls or demos with decision-makers for the Sales Executives and Head of Sales. • Manage all outreach activity, follow-ups, and pipeline stages within the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting. • Work closely with sales leadership and marketing to refine messaging, target lists, and campaign strategies. • Stay informed about Diligent’s solutions, market trends, and the clinical trials ecosystem to articulate the company’s value proposition confidently. • Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for meetings set and opportunities created. • Provide insights from prospect interactions to help optimize outreach strategies and inform the go-to-market approach.
• 1–3 years of experience required in a sales prospecting, lead generation, or SDR/BDR role with a proven record of booking qualified meetings • Experience in clinical trials or life sciences industry preferred • Experience using AI tools for research, personalization, or prospecting efficiency preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
