📋 Description

• Grow and develop Distribusion’s global network of airport bus, rail, and public transport operators • Manage the full scope of partnerships, including ongoing support, contracts, and product scope • Support cross-selling White-Labels, BI tools, Mobile Booking Solutions, and other products and services to transport operators • Analyze data to understand partner performance and identify opportunities within the global retail network • Collaborate with tech, product, retail, and finance teams to ensure smooth integration, ramp-up, and ongoing operations • Launch and scale new commercial partnerships with ground transportation Carriers and Retailers in LATAM • Report directly to the Director of New Markets

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of business development experience • Experience at a high-growth company ideally • Experience in technology/software, travel agency, transportation, or logistics is advantageous but not required • Strong interest in sales and partner management • Ability to achieve and exceed goals • Ability to manage multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with minimal guidance • Strong networking mentality and ability to build sustainable relationships • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written • International exposure at university level or in a high-performance job • Driven, ambitious, and willing to work hands-on • Ownership and responsibility for the assigned problem space
