📋 Description

• Lead the development of intelligent, scalable applications • Design and develop LLM applications, including chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents • Integrate and orchestrate APIs for OpenAI, Anthropic, and other model providers • Architect RAG pipelines • Manage memory, context, and embeddings • Implement guardrails and response validation • Optimize latency and token costs • Configure monitoring and observability for LLM systems in production • Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks • Ensure reliability, security, and performance in production environments

🎯 Requirements

• Specialized experience with LLMs • Backend development (Python or Node.js) • REST APIs • Microservices • Docker • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • LangChain or similar frameworks • Vector databases (Chroma, OpenSearch, etc.) • AI security (prompt injection, context control) • Logging, tracing, and observability • Knowledge of CI/CD • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Scalability-oriented mindset • Systems thinking • Clear communication with technical and analytics teams • Proactive identification of bottlenecks • Commitment to quality and reliability
