📋 Description

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns • Provide service recommendations and estimates • Communicate updates throughout the repair process • Coordinate repairs with technicians • Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow • Deliver an exceptional customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Service Advisor role OR similar positions (dispatcher, logistics coordinator, service coordinator) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required
