📋 Description
• Outbound prospecting: cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. • Decision-maker engagement: connect with leaders in B2B organizations (primarily tech). • Lead qualification: uncover business needs, challenges, and opportunities. • Pipeline generation: schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. • CRM management: maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in SDR or outbound B2B sales in saas • Advanced English (C1) – clear, confident, and persuasive. • Strong communication skills, resilience, and growth mindset. • Familiarity with B2B tech environments and CRM tools.
