📋 Description
• Handle warm inbound leads and support families through the sales process • Guide families through cremation options • Manage returning leads and follow-up conversations • Contribute to queue coverage, sales activities, and related support workflows • Hit performance targets while maintaining strong conversion outcomes • Move fluently across our stack - HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our case management system
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual targets • Strong sales instincts and phone presence • Clear spoken and written English • Self-driven and results-focused • Comfortable working independently • Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRMs • A home setup that supports the work
