📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of key Cadana client accounts as the single point of contact across compliance, growth, and product • Coordinate new client launches, including KYB and compliance flows, entity documentation, and go-live readiness • Review contract counter-redlines and liability clauses with legal and flag commercial implications • Manage ramping client accounts, track commercials, resolve operational issues, and support scale • Create cross-functional deliverables including Plan of Action documents, compliance information packets, and localized platform materials • Support net-new pipeline by following up with prospective partners and moving them through evaluation and onboarding • Act as an internal escalation point with legal, compliance, and engineering • Navigate client compliance, contractual, and technical questions and drive issues to resolution • Work closely with the Head of Growth on client launches, ramping accounts, and new pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated “A-player” track record with end-to-end ownership of outcomes • 4–8 years of experience in account management, client operations, or growth roles, ideally in global payroll, payments, or fintech • At least 4 years of experience specifically within global payroll, cross-border payments, or fintech/HR-tech infrastructure companies • Experience operating across legal/contractual, compliance/regulatory, and technical domains • Experience reviewing contract terms, coordinating with compliance teams, or working on technical integrations • Experience owning client relationships end-to-end as the primary point of contact • Able and willing to work primarily on US Eastern Time business hours, regardless of physical location • Fully remote-capable with a reliable setup and comfort working in an async/distributed team • Excellent written and verbal English communication • High tolerance for ambiguity • Project-management instincts and ability to manage multiple concurrent client workstreams • Additional language fluency is a nice-to-have • Prior experience at a peer global payroll, payments, or workforce infrastructure company is a nice-to-have • Startup or early-stage company experience is a nice-to-have
