📋 Description
• Prepare and review Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and 1041 • Handle Schedule C, Schedule E, amended returns, and estimated tax calculations • Communicate with clients and resolve tax-related discrepancies • Conduct tax research • Ensure accurate and timely filings • Collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll teams
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience preparing U.S. individual and business tax returns • Strong experience with Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and 1041 • Experience with Drake Tax (preferred) and QuickBooks • Excellent English communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM MST • Availability to work Saturdays from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM MST during tax season
