📋 Description

• Lead projects that simplify processes and provide digital support • Introduce new methods and bring fresh ideas to project management • Further develop internal communication and collaboration platforms • Plan and facilitate training and qualification programs • Drive change processes — from strategy through to implementation • Make processes more efficient and foster cross-functional collaboration • Further develop strategic quality management

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, quality management, or a comparable qualification • Project experience — ideally in cross-functional or digital transformation projects • Knowledge of quality management including strategic methods, KPIs and systems • Ability to quickly grasp complex processes and present them in a structured way • Tact in dealing with people and persuasiveness through clear communication • Self-initiative and strong organizational skills • Analytical mindset and enjoyment of teamwork
