📋 Description

• Act as the interface and primary contact between external valuers and the INTREAL funds or outsourcing partners, as well as internal specialist departments • Organize and commission external property valuations for acquisition and regular valuations in Germany and abroad, focusing on: supporting the process and performing plausibility checks up to the final delivery of appraisal reports • Review and approve appraisal invoices • Carry out project work/analyses as required and, prospectively, prepare value forecasts and value indications • Participate in property inspections when necessary • Maintain and update databases • Support office administration

🎯 Requirements

• Degree with a focus on real estate or a comparable discipline • Several years of experience in property valuation, ideally in a valuation firm or an investment management company (KVG) • Strong communication and organizational skills as well as analytical thinking • Confident manner when dealing with internal and external contacts • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) • Strong team player • Good English skills desirable
