📋 Description

• Develop new formulations and refine existing formulations in close collaboration with Marketing and Portfolio Management • Manage projects from concept to implementation at our bottling sites • Produce development samples in our sample lab • Coordinate and conduct sensory tests with our sensory panel • Onboard new bottling partners on behalf of Product Development • Ensure compliance with food regulatory requirements during product development • Monitor manufacturability of new formulations with respect to capacities, raw material supply and quality specifications • Maintain close coordination with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Quality Management • Further develop procedures and ensure cross-departmental adherence to product development processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in beverage technology, food technology, nutritional science (Ökotrophologie) or a comparable field • Experience in sample production/laboratory work and sensory analysis • At least 2 years' professional experience in product development in the food industry • Knowledge of food quality management, including common quality standards • Very good German and English, both written and spoken
