📋 Description

• Own the product vision for Print-on-Demand in collaboration with executive management • Define and continuously develop the product and service portfolio for publishers • Take responsibility for the roadmap and the implementation of new features and functionalities • Conduct market and competitor analyses, including international benchmarking • P&L responsibility including cost calculations, potential analyses and pricing strategies • Develop target audience strategies, personas and go-to-market concepts • Brief and collaborate closely with production, IT, marketing and sales to ensure successful product positioning

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field • Several years of experience in product and project management • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams, sales, procurement and marketing • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills • Business-fluent German and English • Affinity for technical topics and digital business models • Willingness to travel to engage with partners and customers on-site and at trade fairs to actively shape the bookselling trade
