📋 Description

• Act as the interface and primary contact between external valuers and the INTREAL funds and outsourcing partners, as well as internal specialist departments • Organize and commission external real estate valuations for acquisition and regular valuations domestically and internationally, with a focus on coordinating and validating the process up to the final submission of the appraisal report • Review and approve invoices from external appraisers • Perform project work and analyses as required, and prepare forward-looking value forecasts and indicative valuations • Attend property inspections when necessary • Maintain and update databases • Support office administration

🎯 Requirements

• University degree with a focus on real estate or a comparable discipline • Several years of experience in real estate valuation, ideally at a valuation firm or a KVG (capital/asset management company) • Strong communication and organizational skills, and analytical thinking • Confident and professional manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) • Strong team orientation • Good English skills desirable
