📋 Description

• Own the product vision for Print-on-Demand in collaboration with executive management • Define and continuously evolve the product and service portfolio • Responsible for the roadmap and the implementation of new features and functionalities • Conduct market and competitor analyses, including international benchmarking • P&L responsibility, including costing, potential analyses and pricing strategies • Develop target group strategies, personas and go-to-market concepts • Brief and work closely with production, IT, marketing and sales to successfully position the product

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, economics or a related field • Several years of experience in product and project management • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience working interdisciplinary with technology, sales, procurement and marketing • Strategic thinking combined with creative problem-solving • Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level) • Affinity for technical topics and digital business models • Willingness to travel to work on-site and attend trade fairs to actively shape the book trade with partners and customers
