📋 Description

• Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of building technical systems • Assessing and optimizing maintenance measures • Budget responsibility • Maintaining property documentation and managing subcontractors • Point of contact for our customers • Technical and disciplinary leadership of your team • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, technical standards and occupational health and safety

🎯 Requirements

• Effective everyday organization combined with flexibility • Service- and solution-oriented mindset • Appreciative, development-focused leadership of employees • Confident user of MS Office • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1) • Driving licence class B • Technical vocational training (e.g., plant mechanic for sanitary/heating/air-conditioning – Anlagenmechaniker SHK) or electrical technician OR completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Operations, Energy, Building, Electrical or Supply Engineering • Several years of professional experience in Facility Management plus initial leadership experience
