📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor the internationalization strategy for the Netherlands, taking into account local market conditions, consumer behavior and the competitive landscape • Manage and execute cross-functional internationalization projects from strategic planning through support for operational implementation • Work closely with internal departments and external partners • Support the marketing team in planning and executing local (online) marketing campaigns, partnerships and events to strengthen brand presence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Management, Marketing or a comparable qualification • At least 3 years of professional experience in international project management or a comparable role, ideally in the bicycle, sports or consumer goods sector • Good knowledge of the Dutch bicycle market • Strong project coordination, organization and prioritization skills, with a solution-oriented and pragmatic working style • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent German and English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage • Confident handling of legal and regulatory frameworks in the context of international market entry • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe • Ability to inspire, motivate and effectively lead teams across digital, functional and geographic boundaries
