📋 Description

• Design and coordinate new developments and enhancements of our eBook distribution systems from a functional perspective in collaboration with experts from Digital Product Management and IT as part of an ERP renewal project • Ensure the project's content, financial and schedule objectives are met and that the project is successfully implemented • Coordinate and support project teams • Create project plans, define milestones and identify dependencies • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation measures • Take responsibility for project reporting and documentation • Support the Digital Product Management team with data analysis and process management topics

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree or commercial/business training with above-average performance • Experience in product and project management and an affinity for digital business models • Strong analytical skills, structured and independent working style • Understanding of IT processes and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships • Strong communication skills, solution-oriented approach and ability to drive implementation • Confident use of MS 365 products, especially Excel; ideally experience with Tableau and BPMN
