Quartierkraft GmbH is an energy services and software company that offers end-to-end Mieterstrom (tenant electricity) solutions for multi-family residential and mixed-use buildings. They provide feasibility analysis, project planning, installation coordination, and several commercial models (contracting, leasing, operator models) while operating a SaaS platform that automates billing, monitoring, and administration of onsite solar PV and communal building energy supplies. Quartierkraft targets property owners, housing associations, and PV installers to deliver higher returns for owners, cheaper renewable electricity for tenants, and streamlined project execution and long-term operations.

📋 Description

• Independently manage tenant electricity projects: You will steer our projects from start to finish — autonomously, in a structured and goal-oriented manner. • Coordinate all project stakeholders: You keep all threads in hand and ensure smooth workflows between customers, PV installers, electricians, grid operators and metering point operators — communicating proactively and solution-focused throughout. • Advise our customers: You will support clients professionally during project implementation — addressing both technical questions and economic aspects. • Create and agree on metering concepts: You develop tailored tenant electricity metering concepts and coordinate them with grid and metering point operators. • Set up new projects on our platform: You accompany the transition from project implementation to operational operation and configure new tenant electricity projects in our SaaS platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Project management experience: Ideally you have previously supported projects in the energy sector (e.g. PV systems, charging infrastructure, or similar) or in the real estate industry. • Technical and commercial interest: You enjoy diving into complex issues — both technical and business-related. • Structured working style & organizational talent: You work reliably, keep an overview and bring projects to their goals efficiently. • Enjoy working with people: You communicate clearly, proactively engage with others and foster good collaboration among all stakeholders. • Process understanding & eye for optimization potential: You identify improvement opportunities and enjoy making processes more efficient. • Language skills: You speak German fluently (C2) and are willing to learn new topics and take on responsibility.
