📋 Description

• Conduct online sales meetings with real estate developers, construction companies, and industry professionals • Lead practical platform demonstrations using real sites to present feasibility studies • Demonstrate how the tool supports the analysis of a development’s construction potential, costs, revenue, and financial metrics • Identify prospective customers’ needs and present the solution’s benefits according to each scenario • Lead commercial negotiations, overcome objections, and follow opportunities through to closing • Qualify leads from the company’s acquisition channels and actively prospect for new customers • Support customers after purchase by assisting with their initial platform use and completion of their first study • Monitor relationships across the customer portfolio, identify cancellation risks, and manage renewal processes • Share key questions, objections, and suggestions identified during sales interactions with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Experience in consultative sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management • Practical experience with real estate feasibility studies, project approvals, or real estate development • Knowledge of urban planning regulations, master plans, zoning, floor area ratio, site coverage, setbacks, and building height limits • Knowledge of real estate market metrics, such as Gross Development Value (GDV), construction costs, margins, and land negotiations • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Ability to learn and demonstrate digital tools quickly • Organization, autonomy, and discipline to manage sales opportunities • Availability to work as an independent contractor and remotely • Professional experience at real estate development or construction companies is a plus • Established relationships with real estate professionals and companies are a plus • Experience delivering technical presentations and demonstrating customer solutions is a plus
