Deutsches Institut für Zell- und Gewebeersatz is a Berlin-based non-profit pharmaceutical and biotechnology institute that manufactures human cell and tissue transplant products. It produces and distributes allogeneic avital tissue allografts and autologous vital cell cultures (notably keratinocyte sheets and suspensions) for hospitals, burn centers and surgical specialties across Germany and Europe, while operating an allograft registry and a tissue donation program. The institute conducts research and development to improve transplant properties, develop new transplant forms and applications, and maintains strict regulatory and quality-controlled cleanroom manufacturing under its Facility 2025 program.

📋 Description

• Support the project lead in end-to-end process management • Collect, visualize, analyze, standardize and continuously optimize production and support processes • Facilitate workshops to define target process designs • Perform gap analyses • Translate business requirements into actionable specifications • Structure and prioritize the ERP task and requirements backlog • Manage the data migration concept • Maintain the project plan • Establish communication and reporting structures • Stakeholder management across all areas involved in the project • Develop and implement a training and user concept for key users • Ensure compliance with GMP / GFP requirements • Create and maintain SOPs in the ERP context

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or a comparable qualification • 3–5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company • Experience in implementing, optimizing and supporting ERP systems • Familiarity with production KPIs, value stream analysis, MTM, and TOC • Practical experience applying methods such as REFA, Lean or Six Sigma • Strong sense for technical processes and digital interfaces
