• Engineers and integrates voice, video, and collaboration capabilities across IT/OT environments • Including lab validation • Cutover support • Operational testing • Transition artifacts • ORR support
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years enterprise VoIP/UC or telecom engineering • SIP/call routing • Dial plans • Endpoint provisioning • Voice quality fundamentals • Troubleshooting across voice/video/collaboration and network/security dependencies • Strong documentation/runbook discipline • Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance • Must be a U.S. Citizen
