📋 Description

• Manage, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance assessments • Define and manage the technical vision and strategy for the area • Ensure accountability for all team initiatives • Serve as a point of reference for the Leadership team and key stakeholders • Lead the Finance team responsible for clinic payments, invoices, financial reports, health insurance integrations, and related domains • Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery with high operational standards • Partner with Product counterparts and Staff Engineers to shape the area and company direction • Influence the strategic direction of the area • Report directly to the Engineering Director

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal • Strong technical background across the SDLC • Ability to support and unblock teams in complex technical discussions • Experience modernizing legacy systems into modern architectures • Experience leading teams’ ways of working • Lean, proactive, and positive approach to software development • Ability to balance impact with long-term, sustainable development • Strong accountability for delivering high-quality solutions • Embrace the “you build it, you run it” philosophy • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement • Experience mentoring others and developing future mentors and leaders • Previous fintech experience is a plus • CV must be submitted in English
