📋 Description

• Manage the requirements-gathering and software development processes • Apply project management and people management methodologies • Guide the use of technologies that support business objectives and established technical standards • Support the definition of business and corporate operations strategies by identifying technological capabilities and limitations • Support initiatives that affect the customer experience and the efficiency of internal processes • Define the application development approach and methodology according to the pace and frequency of changes in each business function • Support internal or external sourcing strategies for system development and maintenance • Support application lifecycle management, including maintenance, enhancement, and decommissioning • Participate in defining the enterprise and technology architecture, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading teams and managing people, with the ability to support team development • Ability to work at the interface between business and technology teams while maintaining alignment, organization, and a smooth decision-making process • Strong experience managing workflows, with expertise in prioritization, SLAs, and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban • Technical knowledge of credit risk and technology • Analytical and structured approach, with the ability to work effectively with data, numbers, and dashboards • Ability to establish, monitor, and improve metrics such as productive capacity, backlog, productivity by squad or cell, and rework rate • Systems thinking with the ability to connect people, technical, and business capabilities • COBIT, ITIL, or PMP certifications or knowledge (a plus) • Experience in highly complex environments, such as fintechs, digital banks, or large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders (a plus) • Knowledge of credit risk, risk assessment models, and regulatory compliance (a plus) • Experience in business, process, and data modeling (a plus)
