📋 Description
• Engage effectively with customers to process renewals on-time • Negotiate favorable renewal terms and identify contract value opportunities • Collaborate with internal resources to develop renewal strategies • Maintain an accurate forecast of renewal risks
🎯 Requirements
• Experience within Renewal Management, Account Management or Customer Success • Bachelor's degree preferred • 2+ years of experience within SaaS offerings • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to demonstrate strategic approach to customer interactions • Experience in quota carrying sales role • Strong process management and financial competence • Ability to project manage the renewal cycle
