📋 Description
• Act as a trusted advisor and culture steward • Handle full spectrum of sensitive and complex ER issues • Develop, amend, and administer policies • Conduct training to HR and managers • Utilize case management systems to track investigation data
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 5+ years of related experience • 3+ years of demonstrated ability conducting investigations • Experience working in an international company • Experience with employment and labor law • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese • Experience with Latin American labor laws regulation
